1. No Returns on Opened Products

• For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that are opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• You will be required to share unboxing pictures or videos as proof.

• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.

3. Conditions for Return/Exchange

• The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

• The request must be made within the given time frame (24 hours).

• Courier/shipping charges for returning the product may be the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake is from our side.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable if the product is out of stock after payment has been made.

• In all other cases, we offer exchanges only, not cash refunds.
