• An order will only be confirmed after you share the payment screenshot with us.

• Please make sure all details (name, address, phone number) are correct before placing the order.

2. Payments

• Payment must be made in advance.

• Once the payment screenshot is shared, your order will be processed.

• Cash on delivery (COD) is not available unless specifically mentioned.

3. Delivery

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver as quickly as possible.

• Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

• Delivery charges may apply and will be informed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Perfumes once opened cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must report it within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

• Replacement is only possible if the product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before payment is made.

• Once the payment screenshot is received, cancellation is not possible.

6. Privacy

• All personal information (name, address, contact number, email, and payment details) is kept private and secure.

• We will never share or sell your information to third parties.
